La función del gerente educativo es: supervisar, coordinar, evaluar, planificar y debe llevar un seguimiento permanente de los distintos proyectos que se estén ejecutando en la organización para llevar a cabo favorablemente los objetivos planteados a corto, mediano y largo plazo. The role of the educational manager is to supervise, coordinate, evaluate, plan and should maintain a permanent monitoring of the various projects being implemented in the organization to perform favorably the objectives in the short, medium and long term.

El gerente educativo debe contar con una serie de conocimientos e información actualizada para poder evaluar adecuadamente un proyecto.
