If your heading is incorrect, your paper will not be graded If your assignments are sloppy/crumbled, your paper will not be graded. Homework is always collected at the beginning of class. Classwork is always collected at the end of class. Please pass the papers to the left (adding your paper to the bottom of the stack) and our paperwork manager will collect it and place it in the correct bin.

If you missed the warm up, please write TARDY in your notebook for that day. If you missed other classwork, please turn in your pass and quietly ask your neighbor for the assignment.

Procedimientos de la clase When you are Absent: Only students with EXCUSED absences (as denoted in my gradebook) will be able to do makeup work. If you know you will be out, please write me a note with your name, period, the date you will be out, and the reason. If you are out on the day something was assigned, please read the Class Notebook and consult the Attendance Manager. You will have 2 days to make up the assignment(s).

Procedimientos de la clase Class Jobs: Extra Credit, student is chosen based on academic and behavioral performance Paperwork Manager Distributes, Collects, and Records all assignment in the Class Notebook. Class Notebook – a record of every day’s class activities. Attendance Manager Keeps track of absences and tardiness. Keeps and updates the Absent Folder and informs students of missed work and the instructions. Time Manager Uses timer to let the class know when it is time to transition.

Procedimientos de la clase Opening the Door/Picking up the Phone: Only Sra. Reyes may open the door or answer the phone. NO Students will be allowed to do so unless instructed otherwise. When there is a visitor in the room: Please be on your best behavior. If the teacher is speaking to the visitor, refrain from speaking/whispering, etc. If the visitor is here to speak to the class, give them your undivided attention. When there is a substitute teacher: Be on your best behavior. A bad review of the class will result in an essay assignment. A bad review of an individual will result in an essay and a detention or other consequence depending on the severity of the behavior. If teacher is speaking on the phone, please be quiet in order for the teacher to understand.
