2 Leemos Escribe 5 palabras desconocidas y defínelas.
Leemos por 10 minutos Después de leer en sección 2 de tu cuaderno Escribe la fecha corta Escribe el título de tu libro y las páginas que leíste. Escribe 5 palabras desconocidas y defínelas. Escribe un párrafo describiendo que tú Leíste. Have the students read for 10 minutes, when they have completed reading for 10 minutes they need to do the following things. Open their notebooks to section 2 and write the date on their entry, the title of the book and what pages they read. They need to write 5 unknown words and translate them to English. Then they need to write a paragraph explaining what they read. This should take about 5-7 minutes ot complete this activity. La prueba para sus novelas es la próxima clase.

3 Preguntas y respuestas
Practicamos preguntas y respuestas del calendario. Sea creativo con sus preguntas y respuestas. When the reading log is complete have the students ask and answer calendar questions at their table for about 2-3 minutes. They can just go around the table and have each person ask and answer those questions.

Compara y contraste ese evento en tu vida con los eventos de tus compañeros. Habla por 5 minutos.

5 La escena de tu vida Tienes 30 minutos para escribir tus situaciones.
Califica situación #3 con un compañero. Necesita escribir situación #4 Have the students get with a partner to proofread situation #3 of their autobiography and once they have it proofread and feel like it is ready for me to quick check it, they can turn it into the box. Please let them know that I don’t have their other ones corrected yet, but will hopefully have both sets by Friday. This activity should take them 30 minutes.

6 Presentaciones de los cuentos.
El cuento nuevo: Capítulo 5- Lección 2- Clase 1 “Quiero rocas para mi perro.” Presentaciones de los cuentos. Give the kids the rest of the class period to create a drama using the story line that I will leave you. I believe that they need to have 4 per group in order to complete this. They can use the story line and if they want to add additional dialog they can do that. They will present it to the class next class period and tell them to be prepared for a quiz on the story for next class period.

7 Patricia Va A California:Capítulo 9-Solamente Clase 2
Con un compañero, lee copítulo 9 otra vez. Después de leer necesitas escribir un resumen con un dibujo Trabaja por 10 minutos. Entrégalos en la caja para tu clase. Have them kids get in partners and read Chaper 9 of Patrica va a California again. When they are finished with that hand out blank papers that are on the front table for them to create their summary and drawing about Chapter 9. If they do not finish it, let them know that it will be homework. They cannot check out a book until intervention, because you will need the books for my 3rd period class. I will leave a sign out sheet for them to check out the books. This is also what the 3rd year kids will do instead of the story, because they are not as far as my 1st period class.
