EC Y RIESGOS EQUIVALENTES A EC
Subcategoría de nivel de LDL Meta del LDL Nivel para iniciar los CEV Nivel para iniciar manejo farmacológico > 130 mg/dL < 100 mg/dL > 100 mg/dL Iniciar terapia con fármacos y dietética. 100 – 129 mg/dL Considerar fármacos** CEV * No requiere medicamentos. Enfoques terapéuticos para reducir LDL en personas con EC o riesgo equivalente a EC *Énfasis en el control de peso y la act. Física ** Algunos autores recomiendan el uso de medicamentos para reducir el LDL <100 mg/dL no se puede lograr mediante CEV.
