Escala de Fisher (TC) 0. No roto 1. No visible 2. Difusa, o capa fina (< 1 mm) 3. Coágulo localizado o capa gruesa (> 1 mm) 4. Intraventricular ó intracerebral Fisher et al correlated the location and thickness of subarachnoid blood on CT with clinical oucome and likelihood of developing vasospasm. The Fisher CT grade (table below) is commonly used with the Hunt & Hess grade to gauge the severity of SAH

Another cause for hemorrhage, particularly in persons aged 10 to 30, is a vascular malformation. Seen here is a mass of irregular, tortuous vessels over the left posterior parietal region

The bilaterally symmetric dark discolored areas seen superiorly and just lateral to the midline represent recent infarction in the watershed zone between anterior and middle cerebral arterial circulations. Such watershed infarctions can occur with relative or absolute hypoperfusion of the brain. INFARTOS de VERTIENTE

55-8-ayb A 43-year-old woman with a 4-hour history of fluctuating aphasia and right-sided hemiparesis. A, No detectable abnormality is present on the T2-weighted axial image, which was degraded by patient motion. B, Corresponding contrast-enhanced T1-weighted image shows arterial enhancement in the left MCA distribution (arrows). Arterial enhancement is thought to represent slow antegrade or retrograde (collateral) flow. Two days later a second MRI was obtained (not shown) that clearly demonstrated the area of infarction.

INFARTOS HEMORRAGICOS Here is a cerebral infarct from an arterial embolus, which often leads to a hemorrhagic appearance. There is edema which obscures the structures. The acutely edematous infarcted tissue may produce a mass effect. Note the decrease in size of the ventricle on the left with shift of the midline.
Infarto Hemorrágico Lisis del embolo Flujo colateral alrededor del embolo Recuperación del flujo luego de hipotensión Obstrucción intermitente por hernia transtentorial
