The Verb “To Be” equals the Spanish verbs “Estar, Ser” and sometimes “Tener”. Ser Ser = To Be. It is used for physical traits, character traits, personality traits, nationality, identity, and also things like: time, dates, seasons, events, etc. Ex: Estar Estar = To Be.
