3 Fallas El medio oficial para reportar Fallas de la herramienta es el SIAC, el cual se puede consultar en la siguiente liga: A través del SIAC se pueden hacer las siguientes solicitudes: REPORTE DE FALLAS – En esta sección se pueden reportar fallas de la herramienta tales como lentitud de los módulos, indisponibilidad de información, errores de carga de archivos, duplicidad de datos, etc ACTUALIZACIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN – En esta sección se puede solicitar la actualización o modificación de catálogos, información cargada en la herramienta. Estas solicitudes se atenderán siempre y cuando no afecten el proceso del módulo y la aprobación del área responsable. NUEVO DESARROLLO – En esta sección se debe adjuntar el “Formato de Desarrollo SICoP” F , el cual se puede descargar directamente del SIAC. Cualquier requerimiento de nuevas funcionalidades o nuevos módulos se debe registrar en este formato. OTRO – Otros requerimientos tales como alta o baja de usuarios, solicitud de acceso para proveedores externos, requerimientos adicionales, capacitaciones sobre la herramienta, etc. Para el caso de solicitudes de acceso es necesario adjuntar el formato “ Solicitud de Acceso al Sistema de Inventarios y Control de Proyectos (SICoP) ” F Please leave us a 5 star rating if you love this free template! 6 Paso 4 – Enviar la solicitud
Una vez enviada la solicitud se asignará automáticamente un número de folio para seguimiento. Paso 5 – Seguimiento y Cierre de Folio Todas las notificaciones posteriores se harán vía correo electrónico y se dará seguimiento hasta el cierre del folio, dicho cierre sólo lo puede hacer la persona solicitante una vez que confirme que su requerimiento fue atendido o por la segunda línea de revisión.
