2 ¿Hasta cuándo puedo agregar ANTECEDENTES en la JUNTA? Hasta el último día de la Convocatoria (26 de abril) (Es altamente recomendable no esperar hasta el último día) ¿CÓMO SE CLASIFICAN LOS ANTECEDENTES? SÍNTESIS DE LA GRILLA DE CLASIFICACIÓN (DECRETO LEY 7385/68) TÍTULOS Docente 30 puntos. Habilitante 23 puntos. Supletorio 13 puntos. Habilitante de Nivel Medio 20 puntos. Supletorio de Nivel Medio 10 puntos ACUMULACIÓN DE TÍTULOS Afín 5 puntos. No afín 4 puntos. Maestros 4 puntos (solo en casos de títulos habilitantes o supletorios) ESTUDIOS PARCIALES Proporcional por año aprobado (según la duración de la carrera) Ciclos completos de idioma 1,5 puntos. Los certificados deben tener resolución de la Red Nacional o Provincial de Formación Docente –firma en original- Orden de mérito en la promoción Tope en 4 puntos 1º promedio 2 puntos. 2º promedio 1 punto Otros antecedentes. Tope en 8 puntos Congresos, convenciones, seminarios y jornadas: 0,30, 0,50, 1 y 1,2 puntos. N° 36 “DOMINGO ZÍPOLI”.  Cargos de Maestro de Enseñanza Práctica (MEP u horas cátedras)  Materias del Campo de la Formación Científico-Tecnológica, Formación Técnica Específica y de la Formación Práctica Profesionalizante del Segundo Ciclo de la Educación Técnica.- PARA TITULARIDADES, INTERINATOS Y SUPLENCIAS www.lanaranjauepc.com.ar

5 IMPORTANTE!!! TENER EN CUENTA EN LA CONFECCIÓN DEL FORMULARIO C: COMO EXISTE UN PADRÓN PROVINCIAL –que se usa en la segunda convocatoria- SE RECOMIENDA INSCRIBIRSE EN QUINCE ESPACIOS CURRICULARES O CARGOS DIFERENTES, ELIGIENDO POR EJ. UNA ESCUELA DE MEDIA, OTRA TÉCNICA Y OTRA DE ADULTOS, PARA SER CLASIFICADOS EN MAYOR CANTIDAD DE ASIGNATURAS O CARGOS, Y AUMENTAR LAS POSIBILIDADES A LA HORA DE LA CONVOCATORIA. OTRO ASPECTO IMPORTANTE ES VERIFICAR LOS CÓDIGOS SELECCIONADOS Y LAS NUEVAS ASIGNATURAS, CONSULTANDO PADRON DE ASIGNATURAS, DEBIDO A LAS MODIFICACIONES EN LA MODALIDAD ESPECIAL, EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA RURAL, CICLO ORIENTADO DE MEDIA, EDUCACIÓN TÉCNICA, ADULTOS. www.lanaranjauepc.com.ar

6 ¿Cuándo y dónde me inscribo para Traslados? Durante el período de la presente convocatoria en la sede de la Junta de Clasificación, en calle Salta 74 de 09:00 a 17:00.- Tener en cuenta que… Es conveniente para aspirar al traslado, inscribirse en la convocatoria anual para asignaturas y/o cargos. Es conveniente agregar también al Legajo la Constancia de Servicios actualizada para el correcto cómputo del puntaje por antigüedad docente. En la Modalidad Artística podrán trasladarse horas titulares de Nivel Medio, sólo dentro de la Modalidad. IMPORTANTE:  Las horas cátedra no se convierten en CARGOS y viceversa.  Los Traslados se efectivizarán durante todo el año. Para ello el docente que solicitó el traslado deberá inscribirse en aquellas vacantes puras que se publiquen en la página WEB.  Los aspirantes deben verificar la Constancia de Servicios. En el caso de no coincidir con la situación real, el interesado deberá gestionar su corrección en la Dirección de Recursos Humanos, sita en calle Santa Rosa N° 751, Planta Baja, o incorporar instrumentos legales o administrativos que certifiquen su situación real. www.lanaranjauepc.com.ar

PROVISORIAS EN LA WEB, YA QUE DURANTE LOS DIEZ (10) DÍAS DE PUBLICACIÓN SE DEBE EFECTUAR EL RECLAMO EN LA ESCUELA BASE: SI NO SE FIGURA EN L.O.M. SI LOS DATOS CONSIGNADOS EN L.O.M. NO SON CORRECTOS SI SE ENTIENDE QUE LOS ANTECEDENTES NO FUERON VALORADOS DEBIDAMENTE RESUELTOS LOS RECLAMOS SE PUBLICARÁN LAS L.O.M. DEFINITIVAS POR CINCO (5) DÍAS. LAS VACANTES SE PUBLICAN: 1.EN LA ESCUELA (EN CARTELERA DESGINADA A TAL FIN) 2.EN LA WEB http://gestioneducativa.cba.gov.ar/ http://gestioneducativa.cba.gov.ar/ PARA BUSCAR EN LA WEB CONVIENE LLENAR LOS DATOS PARA DEPARTAMENTO (EJ: CAPITAL) Y LUEGO ESCRIBIR EL NOMBRE O EL CÓDIGO DE LA MATERIA O CARGO; DE ESTA FORMA PODEMOS VER TODAS LAS VACANTES PARA ESA ASIGNATURA O CARGO EN UN DEPARTAMENTO.- www.lanaranjauepc.com.ar

11 ¿CÓMO REALIZO LA INSCRIPCIÓN? 1.PARA INSCRIBIRSE SIEMPRE HAY QUE IR A LA ESCUELA.- 2.LAS INSCRIPCIONES SE RECIBEN DURANTE 72 HORAS, HASTA LA 1° HORA HÁBIL DEL CUARTO DÍA DESDE SU PUBLICACIÓN.- 3.PARA EL CASO DE TITULARIDADES ES IMPORTANTE RECORDAR QUE HAY DOS CONVOCATORIAS. EN LA PRIMERA SÓLO PUEDEN INSCRIBIRSE QUIENES FIGUREN EN LA LOM DE LA ESCUELA. EN LA SEGUNDA SE PUEDEN INSCRIBIR TODOS LOS DOCENTES QUE FIGUREN EN LA LOM PROVINCIAL. 4. 12 ¿CÓMO ME ENTERO DE LA CLASIFICACIÓN? 1. EN NINGÚN CASO LA SECRETARÍA ESTÁ OBLIGADA A LLAMAR A LOS DOCENTES INSCRIPTOS.- 2. EN LA CONSTANCIA DEBE FIGURAR FECHA Y HORA PARA NOTIFICARSE EN LA ESCUELA DEL PUNTAJE ASIGNADO DESDE LA JUNTA Y LA CONSIGUIENTE LISTA DE ORDEN DE MÉRITO. 3. PARA TOMAR LAS HORAS O EL CARGO DEBO PRESENTARME EN ESE MOMENTO. EN CASO DE IMPOSIBILIDAD DE ASISTIR SE PUEDE DESIGNAR UN APODERADO. QUIENES NO SE PRESENTEN EN ESA INSTANCIA NO PODRÁN RECLAMAR LAS HORAS O EL CARGO..- 4. 16 SUPLENCIAS –CONVOCATORIA ÚNICA- VACANTESE PUBLICA POR 3 DÍAS HÁBILES EN LA ESCUELA EN LA WEB DURANTE LA PUBLICACIÓN Y HASTA LA 1ª HORA HÁBIL DEL TURNO EN QUE FUNCIONA EL CENTRO EDUCATIVO DEL CUARTO DÍA LA DIRECCIÓN RECEPTA INSCRIPCIÓN DE TODOS LOS DOCENTES ASPIRANTES: SE CUBREN EN EL SIGUIENTE ORDEN: DOCENTES QUE EFECTIVAMENTE SE DESEMPEÑAN EN LA ESCUELA. 17 ARTÍCULO 43 -CONVOCATORIAS NO CUBIERTAS- EN EL CASO DE QUE CON LA SEGUNDA CONVOCATORIA PARA TITULARIDAD NO SE CUBRA LA VACANTE, SE PODRÁ CUBRIR MEDIANTE ARTÍCULO 43, CON CARÁCTER INTERINO (CAE EL 28 DE FEBRERO SIGUIENTE). EN EL CASO DE UNA SUPLENCIA, LUEGO DE LA PRIMERA CONVOCATORIA TAMBIÉN SE CUBRE POR ARTÍCULO 43, PERO LOS SUPLENTES NO CAEN SI LA LICENCIA DEL TITULAR CONTINÚA. EN CUALQUIER CASO PARA TOMAR VACANTES POR ARTÍCULO 43 HAY QUE FIGURAR EN LA LOM PROVINCIAL DE LA MATERIA O CARGO. www.lanaranjauepc.com.ar
