Unequal Comparisons Shows relationship between two people or things. In English, expresses the idea of “more... than” or “less... than” Compares using: –Adjectives –Nouns –Adverbs Example: “Teeny is more competitive than Tiny.”

Unequal Comparisons (cont’d) In Spanish, expressed as “más... que” or “menos... que” Ejemplo: “Teeny es más competitivo que Tiny.”

Práctica Pat has more friends than Matt. Patricio tiene más amigos que Matt. Luis eats more oranges than Luisita. Luís come más naranjas que Luisita. Rafael is shorter than my father. Rafael es más bajo que mi padre.
