In English when we describe things, we use words like ‘good’ or ‘fast’. But when we have 2 ‘good’ or fast’ things, we use Comparatives to describe which is ‘better or faster’. We put –er on the end of short adjectives and you use more before long adjectives. * She is taller than her brother * She is also more intelligent than her brother. 2. To form the comparative in Spanish, we put más before the adjective or adverb and que after it. * Ella es más alta que su hermano. * Y también es más inteligente que su hermano.

(el, la, los, las) + más with the adjective. The preposition de follows the superlative. Ella es la persona más simpática de todas. Ella es la persona más inteligente de su familia.
