1. En las primeras dos sesiones de clase de cada bimestre, usted deberá mostrarme el recibo de pago del curso (sobre todo si es estudiante nuevo o no está en la lista provisional de clase) y la tarjeta de notas del bimestre pasado (en el caso de estudiantes regulares).

2. Si no trajo esos documentos hoy (el recibo de pago o la tarjeta de notas), puede escaneármelos y mandármelos por correo electrónico o traerlos la próxima sesión. Si los perdió, deberá solicitarlos nuevamente en la Oficina de Registro y pagar ¢500 por c/u. De los contrario, no podrá estar en la clase.

3. Usted deberá justificar sus ausencias, tardías y salidas temprano por escrito SIEMPRE. De lo contrario, obtendrá un “0” en la evaluación continua y en cualquier otra actividad que se realice el día en que usted faltó. Tiene la siguiente sesión de clase como tiempo máximo para justificar una ausencia.

Los documentos válidos para justificar ausencias, tardías y salidas tempranas son: a. un dictamen médico b. una carta oficial de su trabajo o de alguna otra institución donde estudie. c. una carta escrita por el padre de familia o encargado (en caso de que usted sea menor de edad). d. algún otro documento oficial que justifique su ausencia.

1. Within the first two sessions of this course, you should show your teacher the receipt that indicates that you paid the course (especially if you are a new student or if you are not on the student list) or the grade card given to you the previous bimester (if you are a regular CCCN student).

2. If you did not bring those documents today (the receipt or the grade card), you can scan them and e-mail them to me as soon as possible or bring them next class. If you lost them, you should ask for a new copy and pay ¢500 for each document at the Registrar’s Office. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to attend classes.

3. You have to justify all your absences, tardiness, and early leavings in writting ALL THE TIME. Otherwise you will get a “0” in the ongoing assessment and any other activity that would be carried out on that date.
