Tener TengoTenemos TienesTenéis TieneTienen You can also use the verb tener to say you have to do something. First conjugate tener for the correct person. Then add “que.” Then add the verb that you have to do. Leave the verb in infinitive form (unconjugated).

This is a paper version of Connect Four. Students play in pairs and only one game board is needed for 2 players Students use X & O to mark squares or their initials. Students must correctly conjugate the verb tener and name the class subject in the picture to win a square. For example: Tengo la clase de español, OR Tienes la clase de arte. If wrong, the partner gets the square. Partners alternate turns making sentences. The goal is to get 4 squares in a row (vertical, horizontal, diagonal).
