Kronos Clock Display Screen Function Keys ‘Enter Key’ Numeric Keypad ALL KRONOS CLOCKS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. These are the different parts of the clock. Our first focus is on this area, it’s called the a.) Display Screen…It will display important information. Next are the blue bottons found on either side, these are the: b.) Function Keys (8 blue keys) Notice the: c.) Numeric key pad and d.) Enter Key Underneath is the e.) Biometric scanner (used to read your fingerprint) Biometric Scanner

United ISD - # # # Note: The KEY to using “Organization Xfer” is the ORGANIZATION NUMBER How do I : Use ORGANIZATION TRANSFER Organization# appears on top of screen Hit Function Key # 7 “Organization Xfer” Enter the Organization# and [Enter] Enter your 4-5 digit emp # and [Enter] What will happen ? a.) Campus can fix & print your timecard b.) PD can also fix & print your timecard Note: Use for IN-punches Only [IN for the day –and- IN from lunch] Labor Transfer… Organization___ “The key to using Kronos is your EMPLOYEE NUMBER.” “How can I retrieve my Regular & OT Hours Worked? 1st, Hit function key #8 labeled “more” (blue button) this will take you to screen #2 Then, hit function key #3 labeled “Hours Worked” Always pay attention to the Display Screen. Now, Enter your 4-5 digit emp# using the numeric key pad then hit [enter] “What will you see?” The screen will display: your name Overtime Hrs Worked Hrs Remember: the hours are as of the Previous Day for the Current PP only Note: missing punches and absences will affect the totals or Swipe your employee ID Enter Badge___

United ISD - # # # Nota: La LLAVE para utilizar “Organization Xfer” es ORGANIZATION NUMBER ¿Como puedo yo : Usar ORGANIZATION TRANSFER ? Organization# aparece en la parte superior de la pantalla Oprima tecla de Funciones # 7 “Organization Xfer” Incorpore Organization# y oprima [Enter] Incorpore su # de empleado y oprima [Enter] ¿Que ocurre ? a.) La escuela puede componer e imprimir su tarjeta b.) Dept de Policia tambien puede componer e imprimir su tarjeta Nota: Use la funcion Solamenta al ENTRAR [COMIENSO del dia –y al- REGRESO de la comida] Labor Transfer… Organization___ “La llave para utilizar Kronos es tu NÚMERO DE EMPLEADO.” ¿Cómo puedo obtener información de mis horas Regulares trabajadas y Tiempo Extra? Primero oprima la tecla de funciones # 8 titulada “more…” (más) (botón azul) esto le llevará a la pantalla #2. Posteriormente, oprima la tecla #3 titulada “Hours Worked” (horas trabajadas) Siempre ponga atención a la Pantalla de Información. Ahora incorpore su número de empleado de 4–5 dígitos usando el teclado numérico y oprima la tecla [enter]. ¿Qué será lo que advertirá? La pantalla mostrará: su nombre Horas Extras Horas Trabajadas Recuerde: las horas son del Día Anterior del Período Actual de Pago. Nota: el no marcar la hora de entrada o salida y las ausencias afectarán los totales. O Pase su tarjeta de empleado Enter Badge___

What will your timecard look like? Each time you use “Organization Xfer” key The Campus’ Organization number will appear on the timecard to indicate your location. “After School Day Care” also requires the use of the “Organization Xfer” to that department to monitor time worked for their department.

¿Como aparece su tarjeta de horas trabajadas? Cada ves que use la funcion “Organization Xfer” La clave: ’Organization#’ indicara su estación de trabajo. El “After School Day Care” requirere el uso de la funcion “Organization Xfer” para monitoriar las horas trabajadas en ese departmento.

The way you enter time into this little “black box” is how you will get paid ! It is very important that you remember to use the clock to punch all your hours. Remember that the hours that are punched in the clock determine how many hours you will be paid at the end of the month (besides your regular pay).
