Los Pronombres Dobles You can also have both an indirect and direct object pronoun in a single sentence. When this happens the indirect always comes first! Jorge throws the ball to me. Jorge me lanza la pelota. Jorge throws it to me. Jorge me la lanza.

You can’t “le lo” in español! Le and Les become “se” when used with lo, la, los or las in the same sentence. Jorge le lanza la pelota a Juan. Jorge se la lanza (a él).

Ooops! These sentences are grammatically wrong! The IOP is missing! Please correct that and also re-write the sentence using DOPs and IOPs. 1.La Dra. 4 Rules for Double OP 1.Object pronouns come before the conjugated verb or attached the the end of the infinitive or present participle. 2.Object pronouns agree in number and gender with the nouns they replace. 3.Indirect object pronouns come before direct object pronouns. (People are more important than things!) 4.Le and les become se when they are used with lo, la, los, or las. You can’t le lo but you can se lo!
