Employer Reputation Survey Sources The results are based on the responses to a survey distributed worldwide to employers from a number of different sources: Previous Respondents QS Databases QS Partners Institution Supplied Lists Survey Sections Personal Details: Name, Company, Job Title, Industry, Department, Extent of recruitment responsibilities. Knowledge Specification: Country (indicate which country they have most familiarity with rather than the country where they are based) Region (define the list of institutions from which the respondent can select, these are Americas; Asia, Australia & New Zealand; and Europe, Middle East & Africa), Faculty Area (select one or more faculty areas in which they consider their expertise to lie. These are Arts & Humanities; Engineering & Technology; Life Sciences & Medicine; Natural Sciences; and Social Sciences.) Field (up to two specific fields that best define their academic expertise) Top Domestic Institutions (identify up to ten domestic institutions they consider best for recruiting graduates.) Top International Institutions (identify up to thirty international institutions they consider best for recruiting graduates. The list consists solely of institutions from the region(s) with which they express familiarity in section 2.) QS Graduate Employability Ranking: Methodology Indicators Employer Reputation Survey Alumni Network Since last year, QS has been mapping the educational background of highly influential employers, sector leaders and important national/regional awarded professionals. With a list of over 20,000 people and their backgrounds, for the first time in any of our rankings we will feature this analysis as one of the key Employability indicators, as they both represent a strong reputation of the university among employers as well as high market-valued skills. Employer-University Partnerships Using inputs both from Universities and other databases, QS will include in this pilot analysis a score that represents the strength of labour market and work experience links created by universities with corporations. In example, industry research partnerships and cooperation to facilitate internships for students are some of the indicators currently being validated. Graduate Employment Rate This first pilot will include an analysis of overall graduate employment rate within 12 months after graduation. The scores will be balanced per country according to external factors, such as national average employment rate.

Objectives: To provide the institutions with a health check on employers satisfaction. To help planning strategies in accordance with the reality of the market.

At the core of this service is a survey that we will run of employers that employ your university ’ s graduates. This will provide us with the necessary information to compare the performance of your institution with others regionally and globally. In order to do this we ask you to provide two lists of employers that employ graduates from your university that we can send the survey to. Using the attached template, please provide as many contacts as possible, however the optimal number is at least 500 of each: A list of contact details for domestic employers who recruit students from your university A list of contact details for international employers who recruit students from your university QS Employer Diagnostic Service: Survey

Cambios en el proceso del boletín de indicadores:  Se dará de baja el indicador 4 y 5 del PVC: se puede cubrir con los indicadores 2 y 3.  Candidatos a graduar: se estará actualizando la información de Banner Escolar antes de generar los indicadores.  Se especificará el rango de fecha de los indicadores de empleabilidad: Indicador 1 empleabilidad: CV actualizado a un a ñ o (365 días) Indicador 2 empleabilidad: Asistencia a eventos en los ú ltimos dos a ñ os (730 días) a la fecha de la generación del reporte.

“ Refuerzo de políticas: autorización de cuentas de acceso de empresas Las solicitudes de acceso a Bolsa de Trabajo se deben de atender en un plazo de 48 horas hábiles. El administrador se hará responsable de buscar continuamente al contacto de la empresa (ya sea por teléfono o correo electrónico) para que envié su documentación en un plazo máximo de 1 semana. Si en este plazo la empresa no la envía, la solicitud del contacto deberá de ser cancelada en el sistema.
