El Imperfecto It describes actions in the past that do not have a clear beginning or end. Ex.Ellos tenían miedo cuando veían películas de terror. We can use the Imperfect to: Talk about how old someone was. Say what time it was. Describe the weather. Describe repeated actions (Things you used to do) Give a description. Talk about background events in a story.
