Tener + que + Inf. “Have to do something” (expresses obligation) ex) Tengo que estudiar para el examen. I have to study for the test

Conjugated forms of tener Tengo Tienes Tiene Tenemos Tenéis Tienen To express obligation, use the following formula: TENER (conjugated) + que + Infinitive Verb Ex) Nosotros tenemos que escribir mucho en la clase de inglés. We have to write a lot in English class.
