El futuro Español 2

There are regular and irregular verbs. ¿Qué es el futuro? The future tense utilizes the same endings for verbs that end in –AR, -ER and –IR. There are regular and irregular verbs. The future tense uses the same endings for ALL –ar, -er, and –ir verbs.

Por ejemplo -AR -ER -IR é ás á *emos án Note: These endings are added at the end of the verbs. The word stays the same.

¡A practicar! Continuing in your notes, conjugate the following 3 regular verbs in the future tense. HABLAR DEBER ABRIR Yo Tú Él/Ella/Usted Nosotros Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes Take about 5-6 minutes.

Verbos Irregulares With irregular verbs, you have to change the form of their ending before adding the future tense ending. Note: Practice and learn the stems for the irregular.

Tener (to have)  tendr- Por ejemplo Tener (to have)  tendr- Yo- tendré Tú- tendrás Él/Ella/Usted- tendrá Nosotros- tendremos Ellos/Ellas/ Ustedes- tendrán Notice I kept the stem (which is in red) and added the future tense ending according to the pronoun.

Práctica #4 Use the list of regular and irregular verbs from the following slide Create a story board of 8 boxes Your story can be real or made up but verbs MUST BE IN THE FUTURE TENSE. You have to use a minimum of 3 regular and 3 irregular verbs. Use complete sentences and underline the verbs used. Have an image per box.
