I’m working tomorrow. Yo trabajo mañana. I’m going to work this summer. Voy a trabajar este verano.

3 Talking about the Future
Spanish also has a future tense with it’s own set of endings. To form the future tense of most –ar, -er, and –ir verbs you simply add the endings to the infinitive.

4 Future Tense Endings -emos -é -ás -éis -á -án

5 comprar – to buy compraré comprarás compraréis comprará comprarán
compraremos comprarás compraréis comprará comprarán

6 vivir – to live viviré viviremos vivirás viviréis vivirá vivirán

7 Irregular Verbs decir  dir - hacer  har - poner pondr - salir  saldr - tener  tendr -

8 Irregular Verbs venir  vendr - poder  podr - querer querr -
saber  sabr - Future of haber: habrá

9 decir – to say, to tell diré diremos dirás diréis dirá dirán

10 hacer – to do, to make haré haremos harás haréis hará harán

No veo a los chicos. I don’t see the boys. ¿Dónde estarán? Where can they be? I wonder where they are? Estarán en ese restaurante. They’re probably in that restaurant.
