Clarification - Clarificacion  Art 102. The width of the track (art112)  The inner edge of the white line  Art 100. Area of call – Area de llamada Art 133. Area of call (art 142) If a skater does not answer the starting judge after being called twice, at one- minute interval from each other, he is marked as Do Not Start (DNS). This skater is not ranked. Art 133. Área de llamada (art 142) Si un patinador no responde al juez de salida después de haber sido llamado dos veces, en intervalos de un minuto, se marcara al patinador como que no inicia (DNS). Area of call – Area de llamada Art 133. Area of call The judge is in task to control the presence of the skater and to confirm him his place on the starting line. The judge check the conformity of the race equipment, races number transponders and size of wheels Art 133. Área de llamada El juez tendrá como tarea controlar la presencia del patinador y confirmar su puesto en la línea de salida, Este juez comprobara la conformidad de la equipacion, los números, chips y el diámetro de las ruedas,

Ranking - Classificacion Art 146. Ranking (art 156)  In sprint tournament (500 & 1 000m) only the skaters who race the finale can access to the podium. In case of disqualifications during the finale, the podium can be uncompleted and done with only 2 or 1 skater Art 150 Ex-aequo placement (art 159)  In case of collective fall, all the skaters concerned by these fall are classed ex- aequo and listed in alphabetic order Art 146 Clasificación (art 156)  En las competiciones de sprint (500 y m) sólo los patinadores que compiten en la final pueden tener acceso al podio. En caso de descalificaciones durante la final, el podio puede ser no acabado y hecho con sólo 2 o 1 patinador Art 150 Clasificación ex-aequo (art 159)  En caso de la caída colectiva, todos los patinadores afectados por esta caída son clasificado ex-aequo y listados en la orden alfabética

World Championship – Campeonatos del Mundo  Art 68. Preparatory of the championship Arrival 4 days before for 3 CIC members & 2 chief referees 1 judge secretary  Art 65. Entry to the championship If the CIC accepts late inscriptions during the World Championship, the skater is allowed to race the day following this inscription.  Art 65. World Championship – Campeonatos del Mundo Faults - Faltas Art 164. Definition of faults (art 174)  Three (3) kinds are to be considered; technical faults, sport faults and disciplinary faults.  Technical faults are False start and Wrong relay. The skater or the team who commits a technical fault is disqualified but ranked. Art 164 Definición de la faltas (art 174)  Tres (3) tipos de faltas se deben considerar ; faltas técnicas, faltas deportivas y faltas disciplinarias.  Faltas técnicas son Salida nula y Falta en el relevo. El patinador o equipo es descalificado pero clasificado.

World Championship – Campeonatos del Mundo Automatic suspension Art 176  When a skater is disqualified for sport faults, he is automatically suspended for the next race which he is registered.  For World Championship, the preregistration of a disqualified skater cannot be modified and this disqualified skater cannot be replaced by a teammate.  Cuando un patinador es descalificado por falta deportiva, el es automáticamente suspendido para la siguiente carrera que el es registrado.  Para el campeonato Mundial, el preinscripción de un patinador descalificado no puede ser modificado y este patinador descalificado no puede ser sustituido por un compañero de equipo

DSQ & Ranking Art 150. Ex aequo ( art 156) If skaters are disqualified for technical faults in the same round they are ranked ex-aequo Ex : 2 DSQ in ½ finale 500m, these 2 skaters are ranked 7th ex-aequo. Art 150. Ex aequo Cuando patinadores son descalificados por faltas técnicas en la misma serie, son clasificados ex-aequo. Ex : 2 DSQ en ½ final de 500m, este patinadores son clasificados 7 ex-aequo.

DSQ & Ranking Art 148 Disqualified skater ( new ) When a skater is disqualified for sport fault, he is not ranked and his place is let vacant. Ex : 2 DSQ for Sport fault in ½ finale of 500m There are not skaters ranked 7 th and 8 th. Skaters 9 th and 10 th but not qualified for the ½ final can’t be ranked 7 th and 8 th places. Art 148 Patinador descalificado (nuevo ) Cuando uno patinador es descalificado, no es clasificado y su puesto es vacante Ex : 2 DSQ por faltas deportivas en la ½ final de 500m No hay patinadores clasificados 7 th y 8 th Los patinadores 9 th and 10 th, pero no calificados para la ½ final, no pueden ser clasificados 7 th y 8 th.

Sprint tournament 500 m & m Carrera en sprint (144) Art 135. Starting order ( art 144 ) If there is less than 6 skaters the place (box) One stay vacant. If there are four (4) skaters the places One and Six stay vacant. Art 135. Orden de salida ( art 144 ) Si hay menos de 6 patinadores, el puesto Uno queda libre. Si hay cuatro (4) patinadores, los puestos Uno y Seis quedan libre.

Sprint tournament 500 m & m Carrera en sprint Art 137. Rules and modifications ( art 146 ) When all the skaters have been called, the starter judge gives them the authorization to take place on the starting line by saying "in position". The skaters have three (3) seconds to take his starting position immobile. When all the skaters are immobile and after a short delay, he fires the gun. Art 137. Reglas y modificacions ( art 146 ) Cuando todos los patinadores hayan sido llamados, el juez de salida les dará la autorización para tomar lugar en la línea de salida, diciendo " en posición ". Los patinadores tienen tres (3) segundos para tomar su posición de partida inmóvil. Cuando todos los patinadores son inmóviles y después de un breve momento, dispara la pistola.

Sprint tournament 500 m & m Carrera en sprint Art 167 Rules and modification (art 148 )  A false start is signalled when a skater moves or starts before the gun signal is given. The start is cancelled and the skater involved is sanctioned by one (1) false start.  Only one (1) false start is permitted by skater. The skater, who commits two (2) false starts in the same race, is disqualified. Only one false start is allowed for a the sprint tournament (500m & 1 000m). Art 167 Reglas y modificacions ( art 148 )  Una salida falsa se señala cuando un patinador mueve o se inicia empieza antes que se da el señal de la pistola. El inicio de la carrera se cancela y el patinador en cuestión es sancionada con un (1) aviso de salida en falso.  Sólo una (1) salida en falso es permitida por patinador. El patinador, que cometa dos (2) salidas en falso en la misma carrera, será descalificado. Solo una salida en falso es permitida para uno torneo de sprint (500m & m)

Sprint tournament 500 m & m Carrera en sprint (148) Art 167. New rules ( art 148 ) The Starting judge or Chief referee signals the false start to the skater by showing a yellow card. He shows a red card to signal the disqualification after a second false start. Nuevas reglas ( art 148 ) El juez de salida o Juez arbitro señala una salida en falso al patinador mostrara una tarjeta amarilla. Él muestra una tarjeta roja para señalar la descalificación después de una segunda salida en falso.

Sprint tournament 500 m & m Carrera en sprint Art 137. Rules and modifications ( art 146 ) Starting condition : On the referee's order the start may be repeated when :  If there is an obstruction involuntary between two or more skaters witch occurs a fall  a fault occurs at the start (rounds, semi-finals and finals) that may influence the outcome of the race in the opinion of the Starting judge or the Chief Referee. Reglas y modificacions ( art 146 ) Condiciones de salida : A la orden del Juez árbitro la salida se podría repetir siempre que :  Cuando hay una obstrucción involuntaria entre dos o mas patinadores y se produce una caída.  ocurre una falta importante en la salida (rondas, semi-finals, final) que pudiera influencia el devenir de la carrera en opinión del Juez de Salida o del Juez Árbitro.

Sprint tournament 500 m & m Carrera en sprint Art 175. Rules and modifications ( art 185 )  Disqualification measures are decided by the judge referee and may be applied:  when a skater commits one (1) fault in a sprint tournament (500m & 1 000m)  when a skater commits one (1) fault considered as voluntary or dangerous  when a skater commits two (2) false starts in a sprint tournament (500m & 1 000m) Art 175. Reglas y modificacions ( art 185 )  Las medidas de descalificación son decididas por el juez árbitro y serán aplicadas cuando:  cuando un patinador comete una (1) falta en un torneo de sprint (500m y 1 000m)  cuando un patinador comete una (1) falla considerada como voluntaria o peligrosa  Cuando un patinador comete dos salidas en falso en un torneo de sprint (500m & 1 000m)

Art 139. Neutralisation (art 149) Rules and modification  When a small part of the race course is unsuitable consequently of minor external problem, fall of a skater or small group of skaters or minor injury of a skater the chief referee can neutralise the race. The neutralisation is signalled to the skaters by:  All the race referees go inside the race course at one (1) meter from the inner edge and shakes a blue flag. At this time, the skaters must lay down their speed and keep their position in the pack. It is allowed to the distanced skaters to joint the pack; Cuando una pequeña parte de la pista no sea adecuada a consecuencia de un pequeño problema externo, caída de un patinador o pequeño grupo de patinadores o lesiones menores de un patinador, el árbitro principal puede neutralizar la carrera. La neutralización será señalada a los patinadores por: Todos los árbitros de la carrera deben ir dentro de la pista a un (1) metro del borde interior y sacude una bandera azul. En este momento, los patinadores deben disminuir su velocidad y mantener su posición en el grupo. Se permite a los patinadores distanciados juntarse al grupo;

Art 139. Neutralisation (art 149) New rules  Neutralisation can not be longer than 2 minutes  Only one neutralisation possible by race. If there is a second incident, the race is stopped. Nuevas reglas  Neutralización no puede ser mas de 2 minutos  Solo una neutralización para una carrera. Cuando hay un segundo incidente, la carrera es parada.

Resume the race Reanudacion de la carrera Art 141. Resume the race ( art 151) If a long distance race is stopped in the first half (1/2) of the race, and if the restart can be planned no more than fifteen (15) minutes after the stop, the race restarts with the same situation as the moment of the stop :  only the skaters who were competing at the moment of the stop shall participate again  with the number of laps remaining to run; Art 141. Reanudación de la carrera ( art 151 ) Si una carrera de larga distancia es parada en la primera mitad (1/2) de la carrera, y si la nueva salida no puede realizarse en no mas de quince (15) minutos después de la parada, la carrera comienza de nuevo con la misma situación que el momento de la parada:  sólo los patinadores que estaban compitiendo en el momento de la parada deberán participar de nuevo.  con el número de vueltas que permanecen para correr;

Resume the race Reanudacion de la carrera  without any modification of assignation of points (points race) or elimination;  If a skater (or group of skaters) leads the race with an advance or breakaway this advantage is restored to him (them). The pack starts on the starting line.  The number of points obtained in the first part of the race are conserved by the skaters.  sin cualquier modificación en la assignacion de puntos (carrera de puntuación) o la eliminación  Si un patinador (o un grupo de patinadores) conduce a la carrera con ventara o destacado, esta ventaja les es devuelta. El pelotón comienza sobre la línea de meta.  El número de puntos obtenidos en la primera parte de la carrera es conservado por los patinadores.

Resume the race Reanudacion de la carrera  If the race is stopped in the last half (1/2), the race must be postponed and re-race totally with all the skaters who have took the initial start. It’s the same situation for race stopped without the possibility to re-race before fifteen (15) minutes  Si la carrera es parada en la segunda mitad (1/2), la carrera debe ser aplazada y la nueva carrera se con t inicia con todos los patinadores que tomaron la salida inicial.  Esta misma situación es para cuando se parra la carrera sin la posibilidad de comenzar de nuevo antes de quince (15) minutos,

m Elimination Track Pista Art 202. Qualification heats ( art 208 ) No double elimination The heats are composed according Art 201 and the protocol of the race is as preceding table. The race starts with eleven (11) laps free and the first belle rings at lap 64. When the numbers of skaters to qualify is obtained the qualification heats is finish, Art 202. Series clasificatorias ( art 208 ) No eliminación doble Las series están compuestas de acuerdo al Art. 201 y el protocolo de la carrera será tal y como está en la tabla anterior. La carrera comienza con once (11) vueltas libres y la primera campanada sonará a la vuelta 64. Cuando se obtiene el número de patinadores para calificar la serie clasificatoria se acaba la prueba.

m Points Elimination m Puntos y Eliminacion Track Art 205. Qualification heats ( art 211 )  The protocol is the same as the finale but the number of qualified skaters will remain competing after the last elimination.  See following table. Art 205. Series clasificatorias ( art 211 )  El protocolo es el mismo que en la final, pero el número de patinadores calificados permanecen compitiendo después de la última eliminación.  Véase la siguiente tabla.

m Elimination Road Ruta Art 203. Qualification heats ( art 209 ) No double elimination The heats are composed according Art 201 and the protocol of the race is as the following table. The elimination starts when five (5) km have been raced. When the numbers of skaters to qualify is obtained the qualification heats is finish, Art 203. Series clasificatorias ( art 209 ) No eliminación doble Las series están compuestas de acuerdo al Art. 201 y el protocolo de la carrera será tal y como está en la tabla anterior. La eliminación comenzara cuando se haya recorrido (5) km. Cuando se obtiene el número de patinadores para calificar la serie clasificatoria, se acaba la prueba.
