Formula: Ir + a + inifinitive Notes from Realidades book: 1.The Infinitive is the basic form of the verb (hablar=to talk, comer= to eat, leer=to read or any –ar, -er or –ir verbs). It means “to…” in English. 2.When you use ir + a with and infinitive means you or others are going to do something in the future. It is the same as “I am going to…….” in English: Voy a comer una hamburguesa esta noche = I am going to eat a hamburguer tonight.
