15 Resumen .- En pacientes de alto riesgo, aunque casi todos reciben el tratamiento recomendado, se alcanza el objetivo de Colesterol - LDL en un porcentaje limitado. .- Parte del riesgo residual se atribuye también a otras alteraciones lipídicas .- Disponemos de fármacos eficaces en el aumento del Colesterol-HDL y en la reducción de Triglicéridos. .- Próximas Guías (ESC, ATP IV): se espera que incorporen .- nuevos marcadores de riesgo .- nuevas recomendaciones terapéuticas, más allá de LDL
