Repaso: Present Progressive Recuerdas: Present progressive endings are the “ing” endings of Spanish. SIEMPRE usamos “estar.” “ar” endings: er/ir endings: ando iendo OR yendo Ejemplos: estoy leyendo un libro. estás escribiendo una carta.

Pronoun Placement We can add pronouns to the progressive verb or we can place them in front of “estar” Ejemplos: Yo estoy mirándola – if we attach we need an accent. Yo la estoy mirando.

Ejemplos: Pick out the direct object in the question – then answer the sentence with a pronoun. Quién está leyendo el libro “Twilight?” Estás limpiando la sala? Nosotros estamos haciendo la actividad? Estoy mirando el televisor? Uds. están quitando el polvo?
