Teacher Directions: The students will stand in a straight line. One by one, each student will read a sentence. If the student reads all of the word correctly within 30 seconds, the teacher will click the green square. Once the green square is clicked, a thumbs up and forward arrow will appear on the next slide. Students with the correct response will go to the end on the line and remain in the competition. (The teacher will then click the forward arrow to go to the next sentence)

Teacher Directions: (Continued) For incorrect answers, the teacher will click the red square. Once the red square is clicked, a thumbs down and back arrow will appear on the next slide. Students with incorrect responses will be seated (eliminated from competition). The teacher will then click the back arrow to present the sentence to the next student. The last student standing will be named the winner.

Student Directions Do not yell out any words if it is not your turn. You will have 30 seconds to read each sentence you are given. After 30 seconds without an answer, then your answer is INCORRECT. You will be asked to sit down. Sit quietly and cheer on your classmates.
