2 What is an indirect object? A indirect object is a person that is the recipient of a verbs action, but NOT the main subject. It answers…TO OR FOR WHOM My friend bought me that coat. Indirect Object In this sentence, the I am the one receiving the object, but, I am NOT the main subject of this sentence. The coat was bought FOR me.

3 What is an indirect object? Yesterday, we bought flowers for him. Indirect Object In this sentence, HIM is the thing receiving the action of bought. It also answers the question of TO WHOM A indirect object is a person that is the recipient of a verbs action, but NOT the main subject. It answers…TO OR FOR WHOM

22 Put the indirect object pronoun before the direct object Yo eché la pelota Yo eché la pelota a ti. Yo eché la pelota te Yo te la te eché Eliminate the indirect object. Place the IOP. 24 We can’t have le+la, le+lo, les+lo, etc… Ok, this is where it gets tricky. Lo Los La Las Le Les Se Lo Los La Las When two pronouns that start with an L are next to each other, you replace the Le or Les with Se.
