4 El Calendario y Preguntas Personales
1. ¿Cómo te llamas? 2. ¿De dónde eres? 3. ¿Adónde vas los fines de semana? 4. ¿Cuántas personas hay en tu familia? 5. ¿Cómo es tu familia? 6. ¿Dónde vive tu familia? 7. ¿Que te gusta hacer con to familía? ¿Por qué? Pregunta de la fecha. ¿Qué día es hoy ¿Qué día será mañana? ¿Qué día fue ayer? ¿Cuál es la estación cuando hace frío y está nevando? ¿Qué tiempo hace en el verano? Choose 2 students that have not done the calendar before. Have them do it with the class. If they need help it is ok to help them. Please write down the names that did the calendar for each class period, so I can give them their points. Give them participation #1 Draw a symbol for a soccer match. 5 La Actividad de la tarea
Saca tu tarea y tus tarjetas de estudiar. Practica con tus tarjetas con el juego de Gané Jugamos en grupos de 4 Pongan 16 tarjetas con el lado español arriba El líder usa las tarjetas inglesas. Dígales las palabras en inglés. Los jugadores marca la palabra correcta en español. Si tiene 4 horizontal, vertical o diágonal ellos dicen Gané y recibe 10 puntos. Have the students take out their homework and their flashcards. For each signature it is 2 points and for each comment it is 3 points for a total of 10 points. Have the students play Gané (Bingo) with their flash cards for about minutes. In groups of 4. One will be the leader and use the English side of the flashcards. The others use the Spanish side. Place 16 cards out spanish side up in a 4X4 square. The leader calls the word in English the players mark the correct word using an old set of flashcards or some kind of paper. When one of players gets 4 in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally they say Gané and receive 10 points. Then the leader rotates to the person on the left and they start again. 6 La Canción- ¿Adónde vas?
Escribe la fecha y el título de la canción. Completa página dos antes de ver el video. Ve el video. Have the students open to the Canción section of their notebooks. Have them write the date and the title of the song. Pass out the handouts and have them do Activities A and B. Show the video. 9 Los Apuntes: Practica ¿Adónde vas los fines de semana?

Where do they go on the weekends? Van a___________. They go to_________. Have the students write these notes down in their Apuntes section. Practice this with class. Ask and answer questions. Have them do it in partners and in small groups. Give them participation #4 Draw a church Los Apuntes: Participación #4 Dibuja una iglesia.

10 Dibuja 5 dibujos de los lugares que te gusta ir en los fines de semana.
No escribe nada. Vamos a usar en un actividad próxima vez. Draw 5 places you like to go to on the weekends. Don’t write anything. We will be doing an activity with them next time. Write the vocabulary in your notes. Practice with it. Practice your flash cards. 9.Do you homework for today. 10. Write a 125 word essay telling where you like to go with your friends on the weekend and what you like to do there. Be sure to include why you like to go there.
