We know how to form commands in the tú or the informal setting. We look at the present tense and use the he/she verb. For example the command speak is habla. HabloHablamos HablasHabláis hablahablan

Today we will look at formal or Ud. Uds commands What are formal commands? Formal commands are used in situations when you want to ask someone to do something but you want to express it in a respectful way or you want to be really polite. –Abuelitos –Los mayores –Gente que no conoces –Etc.

Be aware that some verbs have irregular 1 st person singular forms in the present tense.
