An English piece of work. Ana Montoya 2ºB

Spanish && English El miedo. Fear is a painful emotion, excited by the approach of danger, real or imaginary, and is accompanied by a strong desire to avoid and escape the threat. It is an instinct common to all human beings that no one is completely free. Our attitudes towards life are conditioned largely by the fears that spring from within, in degrees as diverse, ranging from simple shyness to panic over, through the alarm, fear and terror.

English Spanish We've all done things we do not want to know, because our reputation would be diminished. They are memories or thoughts that claim to protect us. So as time and thought go together, there is no division between them. If we have this clear, we won’t get confused in life. The process that gives rise to fear is the root of the binomial time / thought.

 Everything we do we do it through thought. But asking ourselves if we can stop thinking is an unwise question, because who wants to stop thinking remains the same thought. When we think that if we think we will have no fear, who want to stop the thought is still the thought itself. Still the same thought that now wants more

 What do you do to overcome fear...?

Cuando Yo Tengo Miedo..  1. Cierro los ojos muy fuerte.. I close my eyes very strong  2. Enciendo la luz. Turn on the light  3. Me Agarro a un peluche.. I grabbed a teddy..

6. Me escondo entre las sabanas I hide between the sheets  4. I turn on the TV or turn up the volume of the radio. 5. Cierro la Puerta I close the door
