Sometimes we’re a bit more dramatic in Spanish. We don’t just think something. We BELIEVE it! (creer que) We don’t just make a mistake. We COMMIT an error. (cometer un error)

So… While pensar que is appropriate in a few instances, truly you will use ____________ most frequently. creer que

2) Pensar + infinitive- Por ejemplo: To say what you’re planning (thinking about) doing Pensamos hacer una fiesta. We’re planning on throwing a party. Pienso hacer ejercicios tres veces a la semana. I plan to exercise three times a week . or I plan on exercising three times a week. (Same thing.)

3) Pensar en…- Por ejemplo: To say that you’re thinking about someone/something. Pienso en ti. I’m thinking about you. Pensamos en los horrores de ayer. We keep thinking about the terrible things (that happened) yesterday.
