Mandatos familiares afirmativos To form familiar commands, use the 3rd person singular (él, ella, usted) form of the verb in the present tense. Ejemplo: Present tense: Juan corta el césped. Command: Por favor, corta el césped. Otro ejemplo: Present tense: Mi madre nunca quita el polvo. Command: Madre, quita el polvo.

Pronoun placement Pronouns are attached to the end of an affirmative mandato. Pronouns come before negative mandatos. Ejemplos: Wash the dishes.  lávalos Don’t wash the dishes.  no los laves
