MECACYL EN CAMION CATERPILLAR 789-B

CAMION CAT. 789-B Los resultados obtenidos al aplicar MECACYL en los componentes del camión son completamente los esperados y vemos claramente los resultados obtenidos al utilizar el polímero. MOTOR: Se logra romper la tendencia destructiva que llevaba, se mantiene un nivel de desgaste bajo en hierro y con una tendencia a disminuir mas aún, el resto de los elementos que componen el motor están prácticamente en cero, lo que indica que el desgaste que sufre en estos momentos es muy por debajo de lo normal ( en estas condiciones el motor puede llegar a superar las horas siendo su histórico de 8000 horas).

TRANSMISION Vemos en la grafica, como es la caída de los elementos de desgaste una vez que se aplica MECACYL y su tendencia, es a CERO, hasta el momento podemos concluir que la transmisión si no recibe un evento fortuito debería durar mínimo, tres veces mas que en condiciones normales. DIFERENCIAL Y MANDOS Estos tres componentes tienen el mismo comportamiento espectrométrico y se debe principalmente a que están unidos por el lubricante, pero podemos apreciar que el conjunto se está gastando a niveles muy por debajo de lo normal y el mando derecho que estaba al termino de la vida útil puede prolongar su vida hasta por lo menos las horas cosa que sería todo un record, además, se confirma en la forma como están saliendo los tapones, este particulado es el mas destructivo dentro del componente (el grueso) y cada vez tenemos menor presencia.
