Spanish Superlatives To add emphasis to some adjectives, you can attach the ending –ísimo(a, os, as). If the adjective ends in a vowel, drop it before adding the ending. Ejemplos: ¡La comida está riquísima! ¡La sopa está deliciosísima! ¡El desayuno está sabrosísimo!

How do you formulate a superlative in Spanish? Add the suffix –ísimo(a) to the end of the word. If the word ends in a vowel, drop it before adding. Step 1- drop the vowel Step 2 – attach the suffix –ísimo(a, os, as) Step 3 – add the accent over the í. Bello Bell Bellísimo(a,os,as)
