Remember that adjectives describe nouns. Like articles, they match the gender and number of the nouns they describe. In Spanish, adjectives usually follow the noun. Feminine adjectives usually end in –a- –La chica guapa, las chicas guapas, la chica fenomenal Las chicas fenomenales Masculine adjectives usually end in –o- –El chico guapo, los chicos guapos, el chico fenomenal –Los chicos fenomenales To make a noun/adjective plural. –Add –s- if it ends in a vowel. –Add –es- if it ends in a consonant.
