Un triunfo para cada equipo (ningún empate), 5-GF para CAN y 4-GF para HAI.   Jugarán nuevamente por el tercer lugar en la competencia tal como sucedió en la edición pasada en Granada 2016. En esa oportunidad Canadá logró derrotar a las haitianas. En Granada 2016. Se enfrentaron por primera vez el 7/3/2016 (Fase de Grupos), triunfo de HAI 2-1 con goles para Haití de de Melissa Shelsie Dacius y Mikerline Saint Felix; Sarah Anne Stratigakis por las Canadiensas. En el partido por el tercer lugar el 13/3/2016, victoria 4-2 de Canadá, anotaciones de Lauren Raimondo -2-, Shan Angel Flynn y Vital Zina Kats (C); Nerilia Mondésir (2) por Haití. Canadá sumará 30 partidos en el Torneo, tiene un récord de 29 JJ: 19-G-2E-8-P (81GF-26-GC), Es la selección detrás de EE.UU más triunfos en la historia de la competencia.
