DEPENDENCE The indiscrimate use of fussil foels has bring a lot of problems.. The fossil fuels are considerated as current world's motor, since close to 80% of global demand energy is covered from these. In México hydrocarbons has registered participation in the generation of energy of 90.3%. (Sener 2013). This resources are finites and that over-explotation that they are undergoing is leading to their exhausting. Dependency could be amortiguated using alternatives energies.

SUSTAIBILITY In order of this happened, the Conference of United Nations about the enviroment and development define the Sustainable Development (1992): "Satisfy all necesitaties of present generations without compromise the posibilities of those of the future to attend their own necesitaties”

However, use of biomass should be sustainable, that imply considerar use of floor in order to produce biomass, if this source is food for human beings, how it impacts on environment in production, if generated wastes after it production.

FOR WHILE IN MEXICO… In order to develop the estimated potential, the Law for the Promotion and Development of Bioenergetics, which proposes strategies in favor of the production, commercialization and use of biofuels, was enacted in Mexico this year (dof, 2008).

CONCLUSION The first thing that has to be done in order to carry it out is 1) Develop a strong and well structured legal framework for the development of these technologies. 2) Change of technologies to be able to make use of these. For example, commercialize cars that work with hydrogen / gasoline / ethanol according to convenience. 3) Have collection centers for waste collection. 4) Establish communication between the government and the private sector to promote ideas and initiatives. 5) Generate an awareness of environmental protection to the whole society.
