Instruct students to look at the table in their notebook template and to choose one of them. Then allow students to share their findings with their shoulder partner and then randomly call for examples. (Be sure ESOL students have their Spanoish version. Any other languages can work looking for the definitions together in their language and giving an example of each one instead of using the cards).
