El futuro y El condicional

Future Tense – Qué será, será Hablaré, Hablarás,… Viviré. Vivirás,… Comenzaré. Comenzarás… The future tense is used in Spanish the same as it is used in English. It is used to express what will happen in a future time. The future tense of regular verbs is formed by adding the following personal ending to the infinitive: -é. –ás. –á, -emos, (-éis), -án.

El futuro Voy a trabajar allí. – I am going to work there. Vamos a comer en casa. – We are going to eat at home. In everyday conversation the ir a with the infinitive is more commonly used than the true future tense. This structure is equivalent to saying in English “to be going to”

El futuro Estará en Cuba- He’ll be in Cuba He must be in Cuba He’s probably in Cuba ¿Quién será?- Who will it be? Who can it be? I wonder who it is. No vendrán.- They won’t come They probably won’t come. They must not come. The future tense may also be used to express activities that must, can , or probably take place.

Perooooo…… General predictions are usually expressed in the future tense. However, predictions with a high degree of certainty can be expressed by the present simple (especially if there is a future elements in the sentence)or by ir a:   Manana juego al tenis.  I’m playing tennis tomorrow.

Note that the endings are the same as the imperfect. –ía, -ías, -ía, -íamos, (-íais), -ían. Ellos comerían con nosotros pero están a regimen/una dieta The conditional tense is used in Spanish the same as in English to express what would happen if it were not for some other circumstance.

Irregulars for the conditional tense are the same as the future tense ^^^
