Subjuntivo y Indicativo

subjuntivo Wishes (I hope that you are well) The subjuntivo is used when one person wishes, hopes, doubts, demands, recommends or requests that someone or something else do something. It is also used with impersonal expressions and expressions like “ojalá o espero” because they imply ambiguity (WEIRDO) We used the acronym WEIRDO to remember when to use the subjuntive. Wishes (I hope that you are well) Emotions (I am happy that you came to the party) Impersonal Expressions (It is impossible that…) Requests o Recommendations (I want you to come) Doubt (I doubt it will rain today) Ojalá (I hope that it rains)
