In 2015 a Feasibility Study was carried out The District of san Borja is a mainly residencial town within Lima Province that is comprised of 43 municipalities. Lima is located within west –central Peru , sitting in a long narrow desert strip betwen the Pacific ocean and the Andes Mountains, the terrain is mostly flat. has a subtropical and desert weather, It rarely rains. Average annual temperatures ranges from 16-22°C, the temperature varies from 12-15°C in winter until 28-30°C in summer. Air conditioning / heater systems are no needed the main part of the year.
