Había una vez …. (Once upon a time…) You will be writing a fairy tale story for children. In this fairy tale, you will be using at least 10 imperfect verbs. Underline each verb that is used. You will need to use 6 transition words in your fairy tale. (You can find the list on the next slide) All fairy tales begin with “Había una vez….(Once upon a time). After that, it is up to you to come up with a story that you think children would like. Your book must be at least 10 pages long with illustrations. That does NOT mean you need to have the entire page filled with words. At least 2 to 3 sentences per page would be fine. Be creative and have fun with this! Give your book a title!! Make sure it is appropriate, remember it is a children’s book!
