GENDER AND ADJECTIVE AGREEMENT The different forms of adjectives match with the noun:  Masculine form: most end in -o  Raúl es serio.  Ellos son serios.  Feminine form: most end in -a  Mari es seria.  Ellas son serias. Just add the letter “s” to the end when there is more than one person.

GENDER AND ADJECTIVE AGREEMENT Adjectives ending in an “e” go with both genders.  El chico es inteligente.  La chica es inteligente. Just add the letter “s” to the end when there is more than one person.

GENDER AND ADJECTIVE AGREEMENT Adjectives ending in consonants do not add an -a, unless they end in -or  Lorenzo es joven y trabajador.  Gloria es joven y trabajadora.  Ellos son jóvenes y trabajadores.  Ellas son jóvenes y trabajadoras. Just add the letter “s” to words ending in a vowel. Add “es”/”as” to words ending in a consonant.
