PROTOCOLO DE MATRICULACIÓN STEPS TO DO THE ENROLMENT 1 – Recepción del impreso de solicitud de matricula en la reunión. You will be provided the registration form. 2 – Completar todos los documentos en casa. Fulfill all the forms at home. 3 – Revisión de la solicitud RELLENA COMPLETA en la oficina de Relaciones Externas. Check the registration form COMPLETELY FULL in the External Relations Office. - Adjuntar fotocopia DNI o Pasaporte y certificado de estudiante en la UGR al sobre Enclose an ID or passport copy and the UGR Student Credential to the envelope. 4 – Formalizar la matrícula en Secretaría en el día y la hora que se asignará. Register in the Administration Office in the time and date assigned. 5 – Habrá un período de Alteración de matricula. El estudiante podrá añadir/quitar asignaturas así como solicitar cambiar de grupo rellenando un impreso en la oficina de Relaciones Externas. The registrration will be able to modify. The student will be able to add/delete some courses and to apply for some changes of groups filling a form in the External Relations Office.

PROTOCOLO DE MATRICULACIÓN STEPS TO DO THE ENROLMENT 2.- Rellenar contenido del sobre 2.a.- Rellenar las asignaturas a cursar en E.T.S.A. Fill the subjects to follow in E.T.S.A. 2.b.- Rellenar en orden de preferencia los grupos (B,A,C…) Fill the order of groups you prefer (B,A,C…) 2.c.- Rellenar los datos personales para la matriculación. Fill the identity information.

PROTOCOLO DE MATRICULACIÓN STEPS TO DO THE ENROLMENT - Se garantiza plaza en las asignaturas básicas y obligatorias (plan 209) We can only assure a place in MAIN SUBJECTS (básicas and obligatorias) (plan 209) - Las asignaturas optativas por las que estéis interesados dependerá de la disponibilidad en cada una de ellas garantizando un mínimo de 2 optativas por alumno/a. Para ello deberá solicitar un mínimo de 4 asignaturas optativas. We cannot assure a place in optative subjects as it depends on the availability but we do guarantee a minimum of two optative subjects (but only if the student chooses a minimum of four optative subjects)

PROTOCOLO DE MATRICULACIÓN STEPS TO DO THE ENROLMENT 3.- REVISIÓN DE SOLICITUD DE MATRÍCULA en la oficina de Relaciones Externas. - Adjuntar una fotocopia de DNI y certificado de alumno/a de UGR. This document should be returned to the International office attaching the U.G.R. student certificate plus your ID card. - Se comunicará EN LA OFICINA el turno para formalizar su matrícula en Secretaría de la Escuela. Se hará a partir del día 23 de SEPTIEMBRE. The enrolment form will be revised by the International Office. We will arrange an appointment with the students by . So that, you can go to the Secretary Office to finish the registration. The procedure will start on 23 rd of September.

PROTOCOLO DE MATRICULACIÓN STEPS TO DO THE ENROLMENT La matrícula de las asignaturas que el alumno/a desee cursar en otras Facultades o Escuelas de la UGR se solicitarán en el momento de hacer la matrícula, NO GARANTIZANDO que ésta pueda ser realizada (indicar qué asignaturas de este tipo en un folio aparte) [Los estudiantes podrán estar matriculados en un máximo del 20% de los créditos totales] The enrolment in subjects from other FACULTIES OUTSIDE E.T.S.A. would be requested AT THE TIME OF THE ENROLMENT, but WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY. (It is important to write these subjects in a separate sheet)

The students can CHANGE THE SUBJECTS which had been already chosen in the secretary of the school. Con la alteración de matrícula el estudiante puede QUITAR o AÑADIR una nueva asignatura si lo necesita. El estudiante tiene derecho a CAMBIAR DE GRUPO siempre que lo justifique con algún motivo. (Coincidencia de horario…) ¿Cómo hacerlo? Rellenar un impreso en la oficina de Relaciones Internacionales de la E.T.S.A.G.
