Presenta mediante representante legal, solicitud de inicio de operaciones ante la Dirección Ejecutiva de Ingresos, adjuntando la siguiente documentación. . Solicitud de suscripción del Contrato de Servicio Aduanero . Solicitud de asignación de usuario . Copia de Resolución de incorporación al Régimen de ZOLI . Copia escritura de Constitución . Poder General de Administración del representante legal de la empresa, copia RTN del representante legal . Copia RTN empresa.

Recepción de la documentación Realiza inspección física al área autorizada como Zona Libre, con el fin de verificar si el área cumple con lo establecido en el Reglamento de ZOLIS. Elabora Contrato de Servicio Aduanero, el cual lo remite a la Dirección superior para su aprobación. Aprobado, lo remite al representante legal de la empresa para la firma correspondiente. Firmado el Contrato de Servicio Aduanero por parte de la empresa, se solicita al Departamento de Recursos Humanos el nombramiento del personal aduanero y se emite circular de inicio de operaciones dirigidas a todas la Aduanas del País. Se crea usuario en el Sistema Informático Aduanero a nombre de la empresa, para el registro de las importaciones que ingresan a la ZOLI y las exportaciones. Se entrega al representante legal el contrato, circular y usuario-

Recepción de la documentación Verifica la información presentada Emite circular de inicio de operaciones dirigida a todas la aduanas del país Crea usuario en el Sistema Informático Aduanero a nombre de la empresa para el registro de ingreso de las importaciones que ingresan a la ZOLI y las exportaciones Se entrega al representante legal el contrato de servicio aduanero, circular y usuario.

We have often found the case, before implementing ASYCUDA where exist a limited system for capture of declaration data, an embryo of manifest management and some functions for accounting. Often there was very limited or no communication at all between these system.
