10 ® Ejemplo de cosas de las que podemos HABLAR Aumentar el conocimiento de los beneficios de los estándares OGC y animar a su implementación y adopción. Como ser una plataforma para el crecimiento del número de socios y de proyectos de participación de organizaciones españolas, incluyendo universidades y centros de investigación Identificar problemáticas españolas y determinar como introducirlas en el proceso OGC. Sinergias con IGN, CNIG, GTIDEE, GEO España o OSGeo España Soporte a iniciativas del OGC Europe Forum y el OGC global. Identificar problemas y requerimientos en la interoperabilidad Española en el contexto INSPIRE. Cómo hacer dinero con los estándares

Development of the operational version of the Inspire geo-portal: Design and implement a Web-based geo-portal: – providing a specific entry point to and offering client access functionality to Inspire network services from the EU Member States with a focus on discovery and view services, – that goes beyond the traditional SDI (spatial data infrastructure) portal concept (as e.g. implemented in the current geo-portal prototype) and provides users with a user-friendly interface for an enhanced experience allowing them to easily find and access spatial data and services, – that is modular, scalable and based on open standards and taking into account the benefits of an open source solution, – that interfaces through open standards with additional services such as registries and thesauri needed for its operation or for enhancing its operation, – that relies on the relevant institutional and scientific background, is compliant with the technical requirements given in the Inspire Directive and implementing rules (IR) and technical guidance documents and complies with all the system requirements outlined in this tender, – define the processes for updating (in particular to deploy new network services) and maintaining of the geo-portal, once the contract is finished. The implementation of GEMET thesaurus and Inspire registries. Examples of these services are registries (e.g. code list registries, coordinate reference system registries), thesauri (GEMET), gazetteers. Target users of the geo-portal cover a wide range of profiles including public authorities, European CIB (Commission, institutions and bodies), citizens and the scientific community. The added value of the Inspire geo-portal shall be to provide users with an easy, harmonised and multilingual access to up-to-date and cross-border spatial data sets and services.
