REMEMBER: ADJECTIVE AGREEMENT  Spanish nouns have gender  Adjectives that end in o have 4 forms (o/a/os/as)  You choose the form based on the number and gender of the noun you’re describing.  Adjectives that end in e or a consonant have only 2 forms (singular & plural)

VERBS AS ADJECTIVES o Technical Term: Past Participles o In English: the “ed” form of the verb when used as adjectives, but there are lots of irregulars in English! o The window is opened. o My legs are broken. o In Spanish: the Past Participles will have 4 forms (o/a/os/as)

VERBS AS ADJECTIVES Forming Past Participles: 1. Pick a verb 2. Take the infinitive ending off 3. Determine the ending that matches the noun you’re describing 4.
