 Some –er & -ir verbs have irregular yo forms. The best way to remember these irregular yo forms is to memorize them!  The rest of the verb is conjugated the same as regular –er or –ir verbs.

 The preposition de is used after the verb salir to talk about leaving a place.  Salgo de mi casa a las siete  I leave my house at seven.  The preposition de is also used after the verb saber to say how much someone knows about something.  No sé mucho de arte.  I don’t know much about art.

 A tag question is attached to the end of a sentence to make it a question.  If you expect someone to answer yes, use ¿no? or ¿verdad?  When the expected answer is no, use ¿verdad?

Ejemplos: ¿Vienes a la fiesta, ¿no? (¿verdad?) ◦ You’re coming to the party, aren’t you? Si, voy a ir. ◦ Yes, I’m going to go. ¿No vas al partido, ¿verdad? ◦ You’re not going to the game, right? No, no voy. ◦ No, I’m not going.
