You use the Direct Object Pronoun (D.O.P.) when you don’t want to keep repeating the direct object. Examples: - Do you wash the dishes everyday? - Yes, I wash them everyday. (Instead of repeating “the dishes” we use the pronoun “them”) -Do you make dinner on Sundays? -No, I don’t make it on Sundays. (Instead of repeating “dinner” we use the pronoun “it”)
