There is more than one way to say “you” Singular Plural Tú = “you” when talking to a friend or a member of your own family. Usted = “you” when you are talking to any adult to whom you are expected to show respect Vosotros/vosotras = y’all and is ONLY used in Spain when talking to more than one person and they are both a friend/family member Ustedes = “you all” when you are talking to someone who is NOT a friend or family member.
