El Presente VS El Presente Progresivo The Present Tense is used to talk about activities that happen, are happening (but now right at the moment), will happen tomorrow, do happen, or should happen.

El Presente VS El Presente Progresivo Example: I sing all the time. Canto todo el tiempo. I am singing in the play tonight. Canto en la obra esta noche. I will sing tomorrow. Canto mañana. I do sing. Canto. Should I sing? ¿Canto?

El Presente VS El Presente Progresivo The Present Progressive Tense is used to talk about events that are in progress (happening right now). For example: I am singing (right now). Estoy cantando.

How do you conjugate in the Presente Progresivo? You conjugate the verb ESTAR for the subject and follow it with the present participle.
