What is Title I? ¿Qué es el Título I? Title I is a federal program that provides financial assistance to help ensure that all students meet state academic standards. McCrary Elementary is a Title I School McCrary Elementary es Título I. McCrary Elementary uses Title I funds to operate a schoolwide program. Highly Qualified Teaching Staff Maestros Altamente Calificados Title I schools must have teachers and teacher assistants that are highly qualified. To be highly qualified, teachers must be licensed by the state, fully certified, and able to demonstrate competence in the subjects they teach.
